Transformation digitally the Saudi government is not a mere enabler but changed to define and reinvent the very core of what a government should do. This is very significant and imperative as technology is developing into new horizons. In line with the Vision 2030, Digital Transformation of the Saudi government is an integral, conclusive, and pragmatic strategy that aims to enable and accelerate the government transformation efficiently and effectively. This transformation is adopted by many e-government programs and projects, empowering, and supporting different government organizations and authorities. It ranges from having all Government services available digitally, accessed easily with having citizens as a consistent look and feel and be centered around life events. The transformation has been designed and being implemented to maintain architecture alignment, and be fit for the digital age, empowered by digital skills, capabilities and tools. Vision 2030 provides an effective and well-planned transform program called The National Transformation Program. It aims to develop the necessary infrastructure and create an environment that enables the public, private and non-profit sectors to achieve Vision 2030.
